    If I’ve never done yoga, what class should I take?

    We recommend those who have never taken yoga before to start with the 26×2 Original Hot Yoga Class or Deep Stretch To get started, we offer new student specials!

    The 26×2 Hot Yoga class requires water, mat & towel and you come hydrated and prepared for class. It is normal to feel overwhelmed in the 26×2 class and we always encourage those wondering if it is right for them to consult with their doctor before attending.

    Hot HIIT & Hot Power Fusion are intermediate to advanced but also are open to beginners who like a challenge.

    Do I need a reservation for studio classes?

    We don’t require reservations, but we encourage you to make a reservation to ensure you have a spot in class.
